A group of professionals from different development sectors each with more than decade long experience in the vulnerable Tribal uplands in Eastern India, felt the criticality of professional human resources in regional development. And “Centre for Development Research and Training (CDRT)”was born to bridge the gap. It facilitates flow of quality human resources for training , research , study and consultancy from its corepool as well as by outsourcing.

Operating from Koraput, it supports and provides services to enhance the capacity of the CBO leaders , NGO and government developmental workers,PRI elected members and women groups. On the long run, it aims to build a breed of barefoot professionals to catalyze.
